A stainless-steel tube bundle is the heat-transfer core of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger. Hengke supplies drawing-based assemblies for coolant distribution units, facility-water interfaces and industrial thermal-management systems.
Hengke Casting operates under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems and supports applicable BV, DNV and PED documentation requirements for customer projects.

A stainless-steel tube bundle is the heat-transfer core of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger. Hengke supplies drawing-based assemblies for coolant distribution units, facility-water interfaces and industrial thermal-management systems.
Tube diameter, wall thickness, length, pitch, baffle layout and heat-transfer area are determined from the required duty and allowable pressure drop. Tube-side and shell-side operating conditions must be specified separately. Tube sheets, headers, supports and connections are manufactured to the approved drawings.
The tube-to-tube-sheet joint, weld procedure, cleanliness level and corrosion-control treatment are agreed before production. Stainless castings can be used for custom headers or manifolds, but the tube bundle itself is a fabricated heat-exchanger assembly—not an investment casting. Casting tolerance VDG P690 D2 therefore does not apply to the completed tube bundle.
